Attribution Overview

All items on Castabra have an assigned Class between 0 and 5. Class 5 represents the rarest and strongest items, while Class 0 items cannot have attributes.

The class level determines the maximum number of attributes an item can have. For example, a Class 3 item can have up to 3 attributes.

Items with attributes may drop from monsters or be enchanted using the Enchanting System.

Once an item has attributes, they can only be removed using Disenchanting Orbs or Cleansing Orbs.

Items with attributes can still be sold to NPCs for their original price.


Enchanting

Items with Class 1 or higher can be enchanted using Enchanting Orbs or Prismatic Orbs.

To enchant an item, use an orb on the desired item while it is not equipped. Each enchantment attempt consumes 3 Enchanting Dusts.

Prismatic Orbs provide double the chance of successfully applying an attribute.

Enchanting Dust is obtained by using a Cleansing Orb on an item with attributes, removing all attributes and converting them into dust.

Enchanting / Disenchanting Chances

Enchanting Orb success chance is calculated individually for every item.

Prismatic Orb success chance is double that of an Enchanting Orb.

Cleansing Orbs have a 100% chance to remove all attributes and return dust.

Disenchanting Orbs have a 100% chance to remove one random attribute.

Creature Drops

When a creature is killed, any item with Class 1 or higher may drop with attributes. Items with lower drop chances generally have a higher chance to roll attributes.
